We've all been there with the phone support. Yes, I reset the modem. Yes, I knew how. I also know it wasn't the router, or the IP settings on my computer. After being told three times by the folks on the phone line that they were communicating with my model just fine, they finally agreed to send a technician to my house. The first thing the guy says when he walks in the door, "Your modem sucks. I've brought you a new one." Five minutes later I was thanking him and my Uru issues seemed to be behind me.

| Gahreesen |
I was finally able to make solid progress through Yeesha's quest. I got the power going in Gahreesen and made my way over to the second building. (I always loved the view from the roof here). I was a little disappointed to discover that the environmental suit that used to be available there to be added to your wardrobe no longer was. What a drag. Increasing my wardrobe was half the reason I'm doing this. Anyway, Gahreesen can't be completed in one go, so once I collected the five journey cloths that can be done from here. I linked back to Relto. Next, Eder Remo.
Eder Remo is a volcanic Age with steam vents everywhere, a number of which have hatches that can be used to cover the vents. With each vent covered, the pressure increases in the others, which is the key to getting past this area. Once past the rock fall I got myself under the waterfall. It was night here which makes fumbling around in the cave behind the waterfall a bit of a pain. It was getting late in the real world as well, so I figured I made enough progress today and decided to pack it in.
