Anyway, I did finish Er'cana. Two nights ago I went back, dumped the bad batch of pellets and then realized that I could have reset the ovens once I knew they were set wrong by simply turning the main power switch off and on - d'oh!. So, I reset the ovens to make a good batch. I find it annoying that the baking process took 15 minutes in the solo game and takes hours now. I'll have to do some searching of message boards sometime, as I'm sure there are folks out there who have actually timed it. I'm sure as hell not going to do it as either way, I'm just going to come back the next day.

| Pellet Light in the City Silo |
After setting the ovens, talked a bit with Techno and PheonixFlight and we got together in Techno's Er'cana for a bit. We had a blast fooling around with the train and the control panel. Techno and I attempted to drown eachother in the vats but - not suprisingly - the vats wouldn't fill with someone in them. We got Techno's ovens going to and then I decided to call it a night.
I had yesterday afternoon off, so I went back to Er'cana and finished it off. I was very surprised to find that droping a pellet in the one Bahro cave, didn't light up the other to help you collect your well piece. I suspect there is going to be some way to light up that cave so either a whole lot of explorers have to drop a whole lot of pellets for it to happen, or it has something to do with the KI-light. Either way, the pellets I made at the 40-30-20 setting gets the meter at the City Silo to read about 80%. A KI-mail indicates that you get points for droping the pelets here and my pelets seem to get around 460 points. It seems likely that playing around with the ovens will get better pellets, but I think I'll leave that for others and just steal their recipes.

| Lake Meter at the Ferry Docks |
I finished off the afternoon by checking the light meter thingy that has been installed by the ferry docks. I suppose the number indicates how much light is being emitted by the bacteria in the lake. Right now it's bouncing between 0 and 1. Hmm, this may take a while.
